Who writes the training courses?
All the courses are written by qualified Chartered or Certified Accountants who have General Accountancy Practice experience; so you can be certain of the quality and relevance of the content.
The tax courses are edited by Tim Good who is a leading tax presenter within the UK.

What if I find a fault with one of your training modules?
Whilst we take great care in developing courses nobody is infallible. So in the rare case you do find an error or disagree with an interpretation of the laws please let us know on info@ptpnow.co.uk

What if I am not happy with any course I purchase?
We hope you will be entirely satisfied with any course you purchase. However if that is not the case please let us know the reasons on customerservice@ptpnow.co.uk. We guarantee to refund your money in full.

Do you sell your database to any other third parties?
No we never sell or pass on our database to any other third party.

Do you use our e-mail address in your marketing?
Whilst we never sell or pass on your email address to a third party we might e-mail you from time-to-time with other PTPnow courses and products that might be of interest to you.

If you would rather not receive these you can opt out.

We will keep you informed of any changes made to any courses you have bought.

What happens to old courses?
From time-to-time we may have to remove courses, for example, due to legislation being removed. Whilst you cannot complete ‘retired courses’ you will be able to access your database of which members of your team has completed those courses.

Do I have to buy a series of courses?
No, you only need to buy the courses you want. So you can pick and choose those that are relevant to you.

How long do courses take to complete?
Courses are designed to be short, punchy and interesting to complete. Courses cover short subject areas and so a typical time of between 15 – 30 minutes should be achieved.

How can I get a copy invoice?
These can be downloaded from the My account link on the top right of the screen.

How can I change my address and contact details
These can be changed from the My account link on the top right of the screen.

What software do I need?
The courses all run from our server so there is no complicated software to install. You will need a Windows Browser and should be running Windows XP or above. You will need to switch your PC’s speakers on.

What computer experience do I need?
Good news is you don’t need to be an expert computer user. If you can use a mouse and keyboard that should be sufficient to view and use one of the interactive courses.
